I started paying Heartland $538.39 for my monthly debt consolidation payments in June 2020, and stopped in March 2021 because none of my payments were used for debt. Every penny I gave them was used to pay for legal fees. I had to negotiate with creditors who were constantly sending emails and calling. I was contacting Heartland customer service because I was told to send them all the collection information, and when a creditor contacted me, I was also told to create a Google phone number and refer my collection agencies to that number??? I travel a little over $4300 and I can`t get them to give back some of my money. They did absolutely NOTHING for me. Heartland Legal Group is a fraudulent group. They tell you a monthly bill of exchange, they never pay your debts on time, and extend the payment term to blackmail you under the pretext of negotiating the best price for you. I have never had such an experience, so it was quite difficult, I have trouble handling collection calls because we have never been late in payment. I`m sure once I have confirmation from Heartland that they are transferring our payments, I`ll be able to handle it better. I do not understand what happens if one of our creditors rejects the program. Interestingly, Sequara Henry`s website doesn`t seem to mention the settlement.
